Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Pulse Edge Energy collects through this website and how we use it. Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Pulse Edge Energy, an energy technology business focused on Nigeria. Contact details for privacy questions will be published here.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to send us through our enquiry forms on the Contact and Become a Pilot Partner pages:

  • your name and email address (required)
  • your organisation, phone number, state or location (optional)
  • your customer type, enquiry type and message
  • optional details such as approximate meter count, existing meter manufacturer or model, and your current monitoring or support challenge

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask, to discuss a pilot, assessment or partnership with you. We do not sell your information.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not currently send marketing emails.

How your enquiry is delivered

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you submit a form, it is processed by our site on Vercel and sent to our enquiry inbox or approved lead store. Vercel and our email or lead-storage provider process the information on our behalf for that purpose only.

Spam and abuse protection

To limit spam, our server temporarily holds the internet (IP) address of each form submission in memory for about ten minutes to apply a rate limit. It is not stored with your enquiry.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not include advertising trackers. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. If this changes, we will update this notice first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and our retention period will be stated here.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact details for requests will be published here.
